This service is focused towards companies that have their own recruitment data-base to cover a certain position and/or those who need to make a decision regarding promotions, firing or training based on the professional personnel evaluation criteria of BVM Consultores.
The first phase includes the definition of the required profile and personal characteristics, abilities etc. During this phase we work together with the client and is based on the concept of Requiered Competences.
In the second phase we use a series of tests and special evaluation methods to analyse the candidates. These methods could include:

Finally, our professionals write a report on each candidate. This report is then sent to the client company for review and decision. If required, the executive in charge of the evaluation process will present his or her findings personally in order to clear any doubts. |
